We're seeking a future team member for the role of Global Head of Sanctions Program Management and Oversight to join our Risk & Compliance team. This role is located in New York, New York - HYBRID.

The ideal candidate will manage a team of compliance professionals responsible for reviewing and providing guidance on L2 escalated economic sanctions client and transaction alerts, determining permissibility pursuant to OFAC, OFSI, and EU sanctions laws and regulations.

Our market data assessment ensures a competitive salary package. The expected base salary for this position is between $136,500 and $300,000 per year at the start of employment. The final salary will be determined based on experience, market location, and other factors. The total compensation package may include bonuses, incentives, and benefits. This position is at-will, and the company reserves the right to modify compensation at any time based on performance and market conditions.
