What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and evolve the global Sales Operations function, managing strategy, systems, and processes
- Own key revenue operations processes, including CRM management, territory design, and pipeline management
- Build and drive accurate forecasting processes in collaboration with Sales and Finance teams
- Establish and maintain Sales Policy frameworks to enhance selling efficiency across regions
- Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing team of revenue operations analysts and leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations at a fast-scaling SaaS company in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and scale global Sales Operations teams
- Deep expertise in forecasting, territory and quota planning, and CRM governance
- Strong business partnership skills to influence across various organizational functions
- Experience or keen interest in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with AI-native tools relevant to Sales Operations
- Strong analytical skills combined with emotional intelligence and communication abilities
