You will lead the product team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver a world-class Payroll experience for 400,000+ small business customers and their employees. This role demands customer-centric leadership and a track record of launching scalable, mission-critical products.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management with 5+ years leading PMs
• Experience in SMB-focused software and regulated domains preferred
• Proven ability to scale mission-critical products

Responsibilities

• Own the Payroll product and business area from end to end
• Define the long-term vision and strategy for Gusto Payroll
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams
• Coach and lead senior product managers
