Merck & Co., Inc. in the USA (West Point area) seeks an Executive Director, Master Data Management and Data Operations to lead strategy and product direction for master and reference data across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

You will own the roadmap, operating model, and budget while guiding data governance, stewardship, and quality initiatives. The role requires 15+ years in data/technology leadership within regulated industries and deep experience with enterprise data products,

Competenze

• 15+ years of progressive data, digital, or technology leadership in regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in master and reference data management, data stewardship, data governance, and data quality.
• Leadership of enterprise data products, platforms, and services across full lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing-related master data, PLM and data platforms.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and resource plan for master and reference data across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Own the product vision and lifecycle for MDM, PLM, data governance, data quality, and related integration services.
• Establish scalable data stewardship and measurement standards with clear ownership and controls.
• Deliver reliable data services that reduce remediation work and improve user experience.
• Set direction for data catalogs, integration services, and automation aligned with strategy.
