A leading company is seeking an executive to drive retention and revenue growth for the Import Book. The role involves managing a global team, fostering client engagement, and leveraging data insights for strategic account management. This executive role is focused on driving retention, revenue growth, and client engagement of the Import Book. The successful candidate will be a sales leader skilled in customer advocacy, risk management, and data-driven insights to optimize account satisfaction and growth.
The team will consist of a global group of Account Managers responsible for nurturing customer relationships and managing revenue for the Import Book. This team will support Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth and establish key C-level relationships, supporting local use cases and users and looking for unique local up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
(Applicable to US candidates only) The anticipated base salary range is $124,192 to $219,032, depending on geographic location, experience, skills, training, licenses, and certifications. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits. For more info, click here.
