Job description

About the Role:

This executive role is focused on driving retention, revenue growth, and client engagement of the Import Book. The successful candidate will be a sales leader skilled in customer advocacy, risk management, and data-driven insights to optimize account satisfaction and growth.

The Team:

The team will consist of a global group of Account Managers responsible for nurturing customer relationships and managing revenue for the Import Book. This team will support Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth and establish key C-level relationships, supporting local use cases and users and looking for unique local up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities and Impact:
  1. Build and manage a global team that manages customer relationships and revenue of the Import Book ($250M ACV) to drive customer success strategy, advocacy, and engagement to enhance retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  2. Lead focused Account Management teams in each region to support ACV growth and build key C-level relationships in accounts outside the Ultimate Parent's Domiciled Region.
  3. Drive strategy for internal stakeholder relationships with regional sales leaders and account managers that own relationships with the Ultimate Parent to collaborate on Import Book growth strategies.
  4. Leverage analytics to track customer health, mitigate risks, and optimize experiences to develop account and region-specific strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain internal stakeholder relationships with regional sales leaders and account managers that own relationships with the Ultimate Parent to collaborate on Import Book growth strategies.
  6. Drive consistency and best practices around user and usage expansion, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and growing relationships in non-domiciled offices.
  7. Understand product and commercial challenges unique to the Import Book and work to create solutions that benefit clients and the team; feed back market trends and challenges to internal stakeholders.
Compensation/Benefits Information:

(Applicable to US candidates only) The anticipated base salary range is $124,192 to $219,032, depending on geographic location, experience, skills, training, licenses, and certifications. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits. For more info, click here.

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Experience managing highly collaborative, cross-regional global teams.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization across senior stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of Relationship Management experience, preferably with strategic accounts.
  • 10+ years of global management experience.
