Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Global Lead, Executive Protection to design, build, and lead Gallagher’s protective services program. Reporting to the CSO, you will establish the framework, standards, and governance, grow the capability with patience, credibility, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced education and extensive relevant experience in executive protection.
• Leadership experience, especially building programs from the ground up.
• Strong risk assessment, travel risk management, and incident escalation capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership with discretion and calm judgment.
• Experience in staffing, budgeting, and vendor management for protective services.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up Gallagher’s Executive Protection program with governance and multi‑year roadmap.
• Develop EP policy, eligibility criteria, thresholds, and event support.
• Define operating model, staffing plan, and budget.
• Coordinate with senior leadership with discreet, low-friction delivery.
• Lead threat assessment and case management for threats to personnel.
• Support crisis response, evacuation, and repatriation as needed.
