Job summary

Airalo is seeking a design leader to own both consumer and B2B surfaces, shaping the product with a strong design system and brand‑level influence. You will lead design and research as one function, collaborating with Marketing to embed brand into the product.

The role is fully remote and globally distributed across Spain, the United Kingdom, and the UAE. You will drive the long‑term design strategy and a roadmap that aligns with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Led design for a business at real scale and owned a whole product.
• Led design and research teams; integrated research into roadmap.
• Able to write a design strategy and defend it with a business case.
• Remain close to detail-oriented work and judge visual quality at the screen level.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer and B2B surfaces and unify experiences across platforms.
• Set design strategy and define two-year product feelings and bets.
• Lead design and research as one function and run the design guild and research.
• Own brand inside the product, collaborating with Marketing on how it is perceived.
• Build one design system with accessibility baked in and avoid forks.
