Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or MBA background strongly desired.
• 15+ years of experience in construction contracts and/or program management or related fields.
• Executive presence when engaging with suppliers at the C-suite level and in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class commercial outcomes through disciplined negotiation, scope and budget controls, and structured contracting.
• Lead pre-construction planning, proposal development, supplier engagement, and pricing strategy ahead of negotiations.
• Manage supplier performance against contracts and drive corrective actions to protect Intel's interests.
