What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. This role will give you a flavor of the types of projects you'll work on, but these may evolve over time.

As the Global Head of Business Marketing at Canva, you'll lead a dedicated business marketing organization, driving workplace adoption and expansion across organizations of all sizes. Working closely with our Consumer Marketing team, you'll build on our foundation of over 200 million users worldwide and organic usage in 95% of Fortune 500 companies to accelerate growth through Canva for Teams.

This pivotal role reports to both the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer, highlighting its strategic importance in marketing and revenue growth. You'll shape and deliver Canva's business narrative across all touchpoints, from campaigns to customer retention, thought leadership, and brand presence in the enterprise space. You'll lead efforts to create customer engagement and demand throughout the customer journey.

This role is focused on:

  • Owning and driving Canva's narrative for businesses, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across channels.
  • Developing and executing long-term B2B marketing strategies aligned with marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Driving marketing-sourced pipeline targets to support revenue goals.
  • Leading and growing a complex organization of approximately 50-100 people across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Building and managing a hybrid team with direct reports and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Fostering a collaborative culture that embodies Canva's values and drives high performance.
  • Partnering with Consumer Marketing to maintain brand consistency while developing distinct enterprise positioning.
  • Building strong relationships with product teams to influence roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
  • Designing and orchestrating a comprehensive business marketing engine to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Building scalable systems for campaign management, lead tracking, and measurement.
  • Creating repeatable, scalable processes while maintaining effectiveness globally.
  • Championing inclusion and team wellbeing.
