Qualifications

• Leadership of complex operational business or GM in an online marketplace/digital platform/retail.
• Senior leader in supply chain, distribution fulfillment and/or operation centers.
• Broad multi-disciplinary leadership including operations, product, shipping/logistics and P&L.
• Excellent decision-making with ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven delivery.
• Proven track record of leading diverse teams.
• Established relationships with key industry players and partners.
• Experience influencing third parties in complex deals.
• Ability to drive alignment on execution-focused, growth-oriented KPIs.
• Deep insight into e-commerce distribution and fulfillment.

• Develop the Global Authentication business vision and strategy to drive growth and transform the future of ecommerce.
• Build and share a vision that identifies new opportunities and energizes the organization around the future.
• Foresee challenges, address issues, and drive execution to bring the strategy to life.
• Drive performance against Authentication P&L levers influencing revenue.
• Guide the Global Authentication strategy through reach, process, technology, and operations.
• Build partnerships with GMs across focused categories to enable excellent buyer/seller experiences.
• Partner with customer service to create global support programs.
• Lead a strong organization, inspire teams, and oversee performance on key metrics.
