Job summary

Zoetis in Durham, NC seeks a Product Manager to oversee Global Hatchery product management, linking local markets with manufacturing and engineering to ensure timely device orders and delivery while driving customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with GPM, GMS, Finance, and VMRD/Engineering, lead the GH Leadership Team on strategy and roadmap, and establish metrics to guide performance toward strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated accomplishments in product development and/or product management.
• Ability to translate insights and analytics into strategy and tactical execution and measure results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the global forecast/demand plan and communicate updates to manufacturing and Finance.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Coordinate for BioDevice development, enhancements, and improvements.
• Serve as the point person for order reviews and cross-functional coordination.
• Monitor BioDevice build and shipment schedules with Manufacturing and Commercial teams.
• Capture and track product performance and device failures, reporting to Manufacturing and Engineering.
• Support device strategy development with local markets and GPM.
