Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Product Manager to oversee Global Hatchery (GH) product management, driving development, strategy, and demand planning. You will liaise with local markets, manufacturing, engineering, and Finance to ensure timely device orders and delivery.

You will contribute to global portfolio marketing, identify innovation opportunities, and lead the GH Leadership Team in strategy communication and roadmap development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product development and/or product management.
• Ability to translate insights and analytics into strategy and measure results.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with capital equipment and cross-functional collaboration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global forecast/demand planning and communicate updates to manufacturing and finance.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements across markets.
• Coordinate BioDevice development, enhancements, and improvements.
• Lead order reviews and coordination among Commercial, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Monitor build and shipment schedules and report updates to stakeholders.
• Support GPM in global portfolio branding and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and communicate GH strategy and forward-looking roadmap.
