You will work with senior team members to identify new opportunities, support market expansion, and develop business cases for new initiatives, while maintaining project timelines and stakeholder reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, International Business, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in business development, sales, consulting, merchandising, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives across wholesale, international sales, and licensing.
• Conduct market, competitive, and consumer research to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing presentations, financial analyses, and business cases for new initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Track and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Support international distributor and partner relationships by preparing reports.
• Assist with evaluating new market opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.
• Help manage licensing opportunities, including partner outreach, research, documentation, and project coordination.
• Analyze sales performance and business metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership meetings.
• Maintain business development databases, opportunity pipelines, and project documentation.
• Perform additional analyses and special projects as assigned.
