Fish Welfare Initiative (FWI) is seeking a Global Growth Manager or Lead to scope and identify the next country(ies) for our international expansion. We value experience working internationally, strong desk research, and comfort with significant travel.

In this role you will determine which country in South or Southeast Asia best aligns with FWI’s approach for fish farmers—cleaner water, fewer fish per pond—and support the director’s final decision, then help establish the first local team.

Fish Welfare Initiative (FWI) is hiring a Global Growth Manager or Lead to scope and identify the next country(ies) for FWI’s international expansion. We are seeking someone for this role who is experienced working internationally, skilled at both desk research and scoping visits, and comfortable with significant time traveling.
