Job summary

B Lab seeks a Growth Director to lead the enterprise Growth function, overseeing Growth Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Operations and Go-to-Market. You’ll drive market insight, demand generation and revenue growth while aligning product development and regional strategies with the company’s mission.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Sales, Marketing, Commercial Strategy or Revenue Operations.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary commercial teams and building scalable growth capabilities.
• Ability to turn customer and market insight into growth strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead B Lab’s global growth strategy across markets, segments and product lines.
• Lead marketing strategy, demand generation and market development across priority segments.
• Drive sales capability, pipeline management and revenue performance.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategy for new and existing products and services.
• Build and improve the commercial operating system with forecasting, CRM governance and analytics.
