Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in senior leadership in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership and strategic planning.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and board interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and annual business plan for growth.
• Drive revenue through new customers, market expansion, and partnerships.
• Lead operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and risk management.
• Own financial performance including cash flow, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive team; establish accountability.
• Collaborate with the Board on strategy and major growth initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Engineering or related field; MBA preferred
