Job summary

You will lead a high-impact organization, mentor PV scientists, and advance analytics adoption while ensuring global safety compliance and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) required or internationally recognized equivalent ideally combined with Advanced Degree (e.g. Ph.D./Master).
• 10+ years experience in Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Research or Clinical Development in pharma/academia/CRO.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in people management.
• Knowledge of regulatory agency requirements for drug safety and drug safety methodologies.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary drug development with international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own TA-wide safety and benefit–risk strategy and decisions across GI2 development and marketed products.
• Define and drive global patient safety vision within the TA and align with asset strategies and regulatory expectations.
• Lead Safety Board and executive governance discussions impacting go/no-go, labeling, and development strategy.
• Develop a multi-layered organization and cultivate talent within safety science across the TA.
• Interface with cross-functional partners to ensure integrated product strategy across the lifecycle.
