Job summary

Robertshaw, a global design, engineering, and manufacturing company, is seeking a Sr. Director, Product Management for Gas Controls. You will own revenue, profitability, and growth across residential and commercial gas control product lines, shaping portfolio, resources, and roadmap.

The role leads a global Product Management team, collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical groups to drive strategy, differentiation, and future pipeline across markets and applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience combining several experiences in Engineering and Product Management and at least 5 years as a Team Leader.
• Proven commercial and leadership track record to drive global growth, including sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Experience leading global cross functional teams in a functional organization; demonstrated success in creating a global strategy and driving implementation.
• Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and drive the execution of product initiatives for the residential and commercial gas controls product lines, including gas valves, manifolds, electrodes, burners, and thermocouples.
• Build out product roadmaps to align with Robertshaw strategy, key markets, and create differentiation in the target applications.
• Understand customer needs and market trends to drive business growth for the gas controls product lines
• Translate product line strategy and roadmaps into tactical plans and drive execution to achieve business objectives including revenue, profit and secured future pipeline.
• Drive the Product Management team to develop strong relationships with key accounts and align with other Robertshaw product groups to create cross selling synergies.
• Understand macroeconomic, market trends, competition, and disruptor technologies which will impact the business growth.
• Embrace a growth mindset to mentor, lead, guide, and direct talent of the global team Product Management team.
