Qualificações

• Licensed attorney with experience advising sovereign wealth funds on cross-border investments.
• Experience handling secondary transactions, joint ventures, co-investments, and fund investments.
• Strong understanding of multi-asset classes and global capital markets.

• Advise on complex transactions for mega investors across asset classes worldwide.
• Draft and negotiate investment structures, JV and co-investment agreements.
