Job summary

The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to join its Global Fund Finance team in New Jersey. This role involves managing the Fund NAV calculations, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in Accounting or Finance, with over 6 years of relevant experience, including strong Excel and analytical skills. The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 – $185,000 along with comprehensive health benefits and other incentives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of fund, audit, or administrator experience.
• 6+ years of public or private accounting experience.
• Experience in private equity and/or hedge funds preferred.
• Knowledge of SEC and relevant regulatory filings for investment funds preferred.
• CPA preferred, Audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and review monthly estimated and final Fund NAVs.
• Analyze NAV reconciliations with third‑party administrators.
• Assist team members in responding to client requests.
• Review cash‑flow analysis reporting to support investment process.
• Oversee service providers to achieve superior service.
