Job summary

Pizza Hut seeks a Director of FSQA Risk Management to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of its global Food Safety & Quality systems. This role strengthens food safety culture, advances FSQ strategy, and ensures consistent execution across restaurants, supply chain, and global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or related field within a multinational food or QSR environment.
• Deep expertise in FSMS, HACCP, GFSI-recognized standards, supplier quality assurance, food regulations, and crisis/incident management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across diverse environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks and interpret technical data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success managing audits, regulatory inspections, corrective action programs, and supplier performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global FSQ risk management strategies across all markets.
• Establish FSMS across restaurant and supply chain operations aligned to global standards.
• Drive integration of FSQ programs into enterprise goals and KPIs.
• Oversee Global Document Management governance and up-to-date documents.
• Develop a global FSQ communication strategy for alignment across regions.
