Lam Research is seeking a Freight Billing Audit Manager in Livermore, CA, part of the Global Logistics Team. You will lead analytics, forecasting, and audit governance for global freight, partnering with Finance, IT, Operations, and Procurement to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

As a senior leader, you’ll drive dashboards, forecasting models, and cost-performance improvements while overseeing third-party providers and governance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree / 8+ years with a Master's.
• Experience in freight billing, freight audit and payment, transportation analytics, and forecasting.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale BI, reporting, and process transformation.
• Strong cross-functional influence and data-driven decision-making.

• Serve as the global owner and SME for freight billing analytics and audit governance.
• Lead development of dashboards, KPIs, forecasting models, and BI solutions.
• Drive freight spend forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Establish and govern freight billing audit processes and performance metrics.
• Automate billing validation, exception resolution, and reporting processes.
• Manage third-party freight audit and payment providers and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance, Trade Ops, Warehouse Ops, Procurement, and IT on enhancements.
• Analyze transportation network performance to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Leverage AI and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and anomaly detection.
• Influence transportation strategy with data-driven insights.
