Job summary

The Boston office of a leading law firm seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join its Commercial Contracts, Global Franchise & Supply Chain practice. You will handle domestic and international franchising and distribution matters, including structuring franchise and supply chain programs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will draft and review Franchise Disclosure Documents, perform due diligence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law and global supply chain contracting.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of intended practice.
• JD degree required with active bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Assist in structuring franchise programs and drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
• Conduct research on franchise, supply, and distribution contracts.
• Resolve franchise, supply, and distribution relationship disputes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions.
