Job summary

CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Analyst, Planning & Reporting for Global Above Markets to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across Medical/ABCIA, International Marketing, Tender & Tolling. This hybrid role requires three onsite days weekly and offers broad exposure to global finance and business partners.

You will consolidate data, develop dashboards and prepare management presentations while driving continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in FP&A or related finance role.
• Experience with Power BI or dashboarding is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and data consolidation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning across Above Market functions.
• Consolidate submissions, perform quality checks, and prepare budget vs actual analyses.
• Develop dashboards and management presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams globally.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to AI-enabled finance solutions.
