Job summary

AMVAC U.S. in Irvine, California is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to enhance financial processes and provide decision support to leadership. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience with strong analytical skills and a background in corporate finance.

This on-site role requires expertise in financial modeling and reporting within a publicly traded company, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance or related functions within a global business.
• Experience in a publicly traded company and/or working with Big 4 accounting firms for audit, a plus.
• Corporate experience in a manufacturing company with Domestic and International businesses – ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent financial planning and decision support to finance leadership.
• Ensure planning outputs and reporting meet the standards of a publicly traded company.
• Enhance FP&A processes, models, and systems—including ERP and reporting tools.
