Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to collaborate with senior leaders and global teams to drive business performance. The role oversees forecasting, budgeting, month-end closing, financial modeling, and performance measurement, delivering rapid analyses and strategic recommendations while upholding internal policies and GAAP standards.

You will help build and retain a strong finance team and report to senior leadership with insights into risk and opportunity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams globally to drive business performance.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, financial/deal modeling, performance measurement, reporting activities and analysis.
• Drive continuous process improvements and provide quick analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and GAAP regulations.
