Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery in Minnesota is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. You will prepare reporting materials, maintain systems, and support global reporting across SG&A and Manufacturing, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will work with ERP and CPM tools, develop automation, and provide insights to guide budgeting, forecasting, and operating plans while ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience, preferably in a financial reporting and considerable systems knowledge
• PowerBi experience preferred
• ERP experience essential; CPM experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Sound analytical skills, good planning/organization skills, attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to identify problems and find solutions
• Ability to prioritize effectively and to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with colleagues across differing functions
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounting and/or finance
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in financial statement analysis and presentation
• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification

Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support to global executive leaders. Drive project prioritization, headcount resource allocation, and budget management.
• Develop reporting through existing tools and implementation of new reporting technology and improved automation.
• Provide insight and execute global SG&A allocation.
• Cross functional partnership with global teams to enhance FP&A capabilities.
• Assist in the preparation of forecast & the annual operating plan models.
