Oceans Talent is seeking a Forensic Accountant to join a prominent global advisory firm focused on corporate restructuring, insolvency, and asset recovery. You will own complex investigative workstreams, perform forensic analyses, and prepare audit-ready working papers under senior leadership.

You will work remotely with international engagements, leveraging AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate document reviews while maintaining rigorous professional standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in audit, forensic accounting, restructuring, insolvency, or financial investigations.
• Big Four or equivalent top-tier firm background preferred.
• Reconstruct incomplete accounting records and perform transaction tracing.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS; creditor distribution waterfall mechanics.
• Excellent written English and ability to draft formal statutory reports.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently reconstruct complex financial records and perform forensic analyses.
• Trace funds, map cash flows, and investigate asset recovery.
• Draft statutory reports, regulatory filings, and creditor notices.
• Calculate liquidation distributions and maintain organized case files.
• Coordinate with liquidators, counsel, and external stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to speed document reviews while ensuring accuracy.
