Job summary

Nike Inc. in Boston seeks aSenior Director, Global Footwear Product Management to lead a high-performing team across Product Management, Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Regional teams. Build a global footwear portfolio balancing consumer relevance, innovation, profitability, and brand integrity.

The role requires 10+ years in footwear/consumer products, including 5+ years in global PM leadership. Boston-based; open to work in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive footwear/apparel/consumer products experience, including 5+ years leading global PM or merchandising teams.
Proven experience managing multi-category global product portfolios in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Define the global footwear product strategy and a multi-year roadmap across key franchises and categories.
Build a consumer-led, franchise-focused portfolio and align teams around decisions, roadmaps, and milestones.
Prioritize the portfolio to drive greater consumer clarity and business impact.
Establish franchise growth plans, ladders, pricing architecture, and innovation pathways.
Translate consumer insights, market trends, and competitive data into clear product opportunities.
Partner with Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Marketing, Commercial, and Regional teams.
Develop product managers and directors while fostering accountability and collaboration.
