Coach, part of the Tapestry family, seeks a Senior Director of Global Merchandising for Footwear in New York. You will translate the brand vision into globally compelling footwear assortments, partnering with Design, Product Development, Planning, and regional teams to drive growth and profitability across channels.

The role demands 12+ years in merchandising or product strategy in footwear or luxury, with proven global leadership and a strong commercial orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 12+ years of merchandising, buying, or product strategy experience within footwear, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
• Prior footwear experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global merchandising strategy for the Footwear category across channels and regions.
• Develop short- and long-term category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Drive assortment development and line architecture in partnership with Design and Product Development.
• Collaborate with Planning, Finance, and regional teams to optimize pricing, margins, and inventory.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing merchandising team.
