GCG is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Specialist to ensure the technical adequacy of the Group’s food safety standards across stations and translate requirements into practical programs. You will develop HACCP plans, validate controls, and oversee evidence to protect product safety while supporting regional dining solutions for airlines, airports, and enterprises.

Collaborate with Operations and QA to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and lead technical direction for local teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
• Formal HACCP training and prerequisite programs.
• Training in food safety management systems (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain HACCP and prerequisite programs.
• Review station food safety plans and evidence to reflect actual products and conditions.
• Lead investigations of incidents, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with HSSE Specialist on safety, ramp activities, and environmental controls.
• Provide functional technical direction to local food safety representatives.
