Position Summary: |
Provide strategic direction and leadership for global Griffith Foods Food Safety and Supplier Quality across all locations and businesses within the portfolio, including partner organizations such as Nourish Ventures, Terova, and joint ventures. The role will set and manage all processes, requirements and standards related to FSQS food safety and supplier quality to evaluate and execute programs related to HACCP compliance and performance. This includes a strong understanding of food regulations related to food safety, food fraud, and ingredients sourced globally. The candidate must be an expert in food safety and supplier quality management and knowledge to drive continuous improvement of processes expected within the food industry, especially for spices, herbs, and portfolio level liquids and sauces, and bring best practices through communication and evaluation of targeted and broadly related programs such as sanitation, environmental monitoring and microbiology. |

Candidate must be able to train and teach broad and complex subjects across several geographic locations. This person must be able to lead without authority and work to convince and influence associates at all levels and locations of the organization. Must be a good communicator with great strength in writing and developing reports and studies. Must be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and focus on outcomes for the benefit of the company and our customers. |
