Job summary

A food and beverage company is seeking a QA/QC Specialist to manage food regulations and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations. Strong communication and data management skills are essential. This position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year along with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing fields.
• Basic understanding of GMP and food production fundamentals.
• Computer literacy (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage and interpret food regulations for the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Oversee export requirements and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.
