Job summary

The Global Health Advocacy Incubator (GHAI), an initiative of the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, seeks an Associate Director for its Food Policy Program based in Washington, DC. You will oversee policy advocacy campaigns, supervise in-country coordinators, and help drive reforms reducing ultra-processed foods and improving nutritious food access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global health policy or public health advocacy.
• Proven track record working with civil society and government stakeholders.
• Experience traveling internationally and coordinating across NGOs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advocacy campaigns; supervise in-country coordinators.
• Map political landscape and define strategies.
• Coordinate with global partners and funders.
• Liaise between DC HQ and in-country partners.
• Manage grants and contracts negotiations with Grants Office.
• Represent GHAI in external meetings.
