Job summary

V2X Inc is seeking a Program Analyst focused on DoD Security Cooperation, SA, and FMS assessments. You will support Navy IPO engagements, manage case portfolios, and coordinate with CPDs to ensure timely, accurate deliverables for executive audiences.

The role requires on-site presence at the Washington Navy Yard 2–3 days per week, with potential travel to other government offices. A Bachelor’s degree and a secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with five years of relevant experience (or seven total with offset of degree requirement)
• Active secret clearance or ability to obtain
• Willingness to be on-site at Washington Navy Yard 2–3 days per week, with travel to other offices as required

Responsibilities

• Support DoN/DoD Security Cooperation, SA and FMS assessments and administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with CPDs and BPC leads through case development from LOR to LOA/P&A/ Lease.
• Enter requests in the system and track progress against targets with case managers.
• Develop insights for CPDs and regional divisions on portfolio-level execution and closure targets.
• Prepare technical papers, briefs, and reports for meetings, reviews, and updates.
