Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in policy, intl operations, or aviation.
  • Strong analytical and research skills for interpreting complex regulations.
  • Technical proficiency in system administration, software support, or lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with RMF and eMASS cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine operational concepts for aircraft and personnel clearances.
  • Draft updates to overseas travel regulations based on new guidance.
  • Analyze global access and overflight challenges and provide recommendations.
  • Manage FCG websites and archive historical versions.
  • Provide on-site SME support for APACS on NIPRNET and SIPRNET.
  • Coordinate system updates, bug fixes, and API integrations with DISA.
  • Maintain secure dev, build, and test environments; RMF/eMASS coordination.
  • Deliver Foreign Clearance Program training to embassy staff and passport agents.
