Job summary

TSTC in Washington, DC seeks a mission-driven specialist to support the Foreign Clearance Program, including policy development, global access analysis, APACS system support, and cybersecurity oversight. You will help ensure safe movement of aircraft and personnel across borders.

Required: a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in policy or international operations, and strong analytical skills. The role is onsite in Washington, with opportunities to influence critical DoD programs and international

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in policy, intl operations, or aviation.
• Strong analytical and research skills for interpreting complex regulations.
• Technical proficiency in system administration, software support, or lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with RMF and eMASS cybersecurity frameworks.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine operational concepts for aircraft and personnel clearances.
• Draft updates to overseas travel regulations based on new guidance.
• Analyze global access and overflight challenges and provide recommendations.
• Manage FCG websites and archive historical versions.
• Provide on-site SME support for APACS on NIPRNET and SIPRNET.
• Coordinate system updates, bug fixes, and API integrations with DISA.
• Maintain secure dev, build, and test environments; RMF/eMASS coordination.
• Deliver Foreign Clearance Program training to embassy staff and passport agents.
