Job summary

Arkema Inc. in Cary, NC seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Coating Solutions segment. You will lead monthly and quarterly analyses, build dashboards, and drive P&L consolidation, forecast, and five-year plan with a data-driven mindset.

You will partner with VP Finance Coating Solutions, R&D and commercial teams to standardize reporting, implement automation, and provide actionable financial insights across global sites. Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Data Analytics, Math/Stats or IT; MBA a plus.
• Five+ years in finance / data management.
• Expert in MS Office: Excel, Power Query, Access, PowerPoint.
• Expert in Power BI.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial analysis across Global Coating Solutions.
• Develop and prepare monthly reporting metrics, dashboards, and analyses.
• Lead consolidation and budgeting processes (P&L, forecast, 5-year plan).
• Develop automated tools to improve reporting using OneStream and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-BU FP&A leaders to identify cost improvements.
