Job summary

Job Description

This role is responsible for conducting financial crime investigations to identify, assess, and expedite potentially suspicious activity. Investigators analyze complex customer and transactional information, evaluate risk, identify patterns that may indicate financial crimes, and determine appropriate next steps based on the facts and available evidence.

Successful investigators apply sound judgment, professional curiosity, and critical thinking to reach well‑supported conclusions. They clearly document investigative findings, articulate risk‑based decisions, and ensure work is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, enterprise policies, and quality standards. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple investigations while producing work that withstands regulatory and independent review.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range $68,500.00 - $102,000.00 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
