Latham & Watkins LLP is offering a Global Finance Trainee program in Los Angeles with a Summer 2027 start. The on-site role may allow hybrid flexibility depending on rotations, and trainees choose between Revenue Analysis or Financial Operations Analysis tracks.

Participants gain rotations in budgeting, forecasting, analytics, accounts payable, and treasury, while completing a bachelor’s degree and committing to two years with the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field by Summer 2027.
• Professional interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in professional development and training programs.
• Shadow department staff to learn daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide administrative support and excellent internal/external client service.
