Job summary

Nike seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Finance to deliver financial insights and drive strategic decisions. You will build and maintain models, partner with geo leaders worldwide, and support the Converse transformation with disciplined analysis and strong execution.

You will work with leaders on forecasting, reporting, and presenting actionable recommendations to optimize performance across geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, strategic planning, economics or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a business-related field and/or budgeting at a Fortune 500 company.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with independence and resourcefulness.
Strong understanding of P&L structure, accounting fundamentals, and month-end close mechanics.
High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, BI or Tableau experience preferred.
Experience in retail or manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L consolidation reporting.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting systems.
Prepare and distribute timely financial analysis to measure progress against strategic plans.
Interpret trends and issues with senior leaders to drive actionable responses.
Lead monthly forecasting and reporting, advising levers across geographies and P&L.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities in forecasts.
Streamline processes and tools for better efficiency in planning.
