Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Finance Reporting Analyst in Lakewood, CO. The role supports financial reporting, consolidation, and close processes across global operations, leveraging OneStream, SAP, Stravis, and Excel Power Query to improve accuracy and efficiency.

The candidate will participate in SAP HANA migration readiness, data validation, and reporting enhancements while maintaining strong controls and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or audit experience.
• Experience with IFRS, consolidations, or audit preferred; strong US GAAP background may be considered.
• Experience with OneStream, SAP, Stravis, or similar ERP/reporting platforms preferred.
• Experience consolidating international subsidiaries with multiple currencies preferred.
• Experience working in an international organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial reporting and consolidation, including monthly and quarterly consolidated results.
• Maintains reporting systems and Power Query-enabled tools; reviews reports for accuracy and integrity.
• Supports the monthly close process for the corporate parent entity and provides analyses.
• Assists in managing auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
• Supports reporting for global Sales and Inventory across multiple factories and locations.
• Participates in readiness and transition activities for the SAP HANA migration.
