Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience documenting detailed accounting requirements and functional analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with root cause analysis.
• Ability to write clearly and present complex topics.
• Collaborates effectively across functions and regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and document detailed accounting requirements and calculations for debt instruments.
• Analyze end‑to‑end processes to identify gaps and solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional documentation and testable outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology teams throughout analysis, build, defect triage, and delivery milestones.
• Write and document user acceptance test cases and results.
• Participate in end‑to‑end testing and production parallel testing for readiness.
• Design and improve controls to support a strong control environment.
• Ensure solutions align with finance principles and design rules.
• Maintain project governance artifacts and trackers.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Support a portfolio of multi‑year transformation programs.
