Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and consolidate internal global financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Draft and disseminate communications to global finance teams, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring program timelines
  • Identify opportunities for promoting global consistency in financial processes and reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a finance, project coordination, or business analyst role, preferably within a global or multinational environment
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
  • Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with employer financial systems and reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
