Responsibilities
- Support the Global Finance Director in managing global finance programs and innovation initiatives
- Coordinate and consolidate internal global financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Draft and disseminate communications to global finance teams, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables while monitoring program timelines
- Identify opportunities for promoting global consistency in financial processes and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a finance, project coordination, or business analyst role, preferably within a global or multinational environment
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
- Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Experience with employer financial systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
