The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Global Finance Manager - Restorative & Prevention, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Leading global financial performance oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple regions and business segments.
  • Developing and delivering monthly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis, key metrics, and strategic insights to executive leadership.
  • Acting as a strategic business partner to operations, sales, and product leadership to drive decision-making and resource optimization.
  • Building and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities proactively, recommending actions to improve profitability and growth.
  • Managing and mentoring a team of finance analysts; fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate financial policies, SOX, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Driving digital transformation and automation within the finance function to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Your Skills and Expertise

To succeed in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or higher AND 7+ years of progressive experience in business finance, manufacturing finance, and/or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of progressive experience in business finance, manufacturing finance, and/or financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

AND

The following are also required:

  • 4+ years of managing financial operations for a global or multinational business with $300M+ in annual revenue and/or responsibility for manufacturing operations with $300M+ in sales value.
  • Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed further include:

  • Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a bias for action.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; experience presenting to executive leadership.

Work location: Remote - United States or Canada

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range is a good faith estimate; the specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors.
