Job summary

Insight Global in Atlanta seeks a senior finance leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance & Accounting team, manage monthly to annual close processes, and deliver accurate financial reporting. You will partner with global business leaders, oversee cash flow, and drive process improvements for a scalable finance function.

The role requires 10+ years of finance experience, strong FP&A and budgeting skills, and leadership experience within a global environment, including

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
4+ years of management or leadership experience.
Strong experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements.
ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Atlanta Finance & Accounting team.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Review reconciliations, journal entries, schedules, and variance analyses.
Partner with business leaders across the organization, including global teams.
Prepare and present financial results and KPI reporting to leadership.
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures for a global organization.
Support internal and external auditors and regulatory agencies.
Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and automation.
