Job summary

SBH Fashion seeks a Senior Controller to oversee financial operations from the New York headquarters and subsidiaries in France and Tokyo. You will partner with the CEO and exec team to drive profitability and growth while maintaining financial integrity across all entities.

Responsibilities include leading annual budgeting, treasury management, reporting, consolidation, and coordinating intercompany transfers. A CPA and 10+ years in retail finance are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Experience with retail/wholesale finance management and overseas subsidiaries (France/Japan).
• CPA designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget preparation aligning planning with goals across NY and overseas subsidiaries.
• Manage liquidity, working capital, and banking relationships; deliver cash flow reports.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements; maintain audit readiness for lenders.
