Job summary

• Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in revenue recognition and contract accounting.
• Leadership and people management skills, with experience developing teams.
• Ability to manage across a diverse portfolio of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide finance business partnering support to senior commercial and operational leaders, offering clear insights and challenge.
• Prepare, iterate and present back annual budgets and periodic reforecasts for accounts managed.
• Ensure alignment of global and regional EA budgets, forecasts and actual performance.
• Review, challenge, and validate assumptions from accounts in the region regarding business activities.
• Support decision-making by producing forward-looking analysis, forecasts, and scenario modelling.
• Identify and prioritize financial improvement initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, or compliance.
• Work with FP&A to produce budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis.
• Support monthly variance analysis and commentary by the financial control team.
• Oversee contract accounting processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach and develop contract accountants.
