Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
• Proven problem-solving and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Excel; Hyperion and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end reports for management.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and adherence to Dana policies.
• Analyze variances against prior periods, budget, and forecast.
• Assist with annual budget process and Cost Model completion.
• Participate in month-end close, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives.
• Manage fixed asset accounting and cost justification for appropriation.
• Engage in customer quote processes including proforma and cost data in SAP.
• Contribute to special projects as required.
