Job summary

Invesco seeks a GBS Analyst to perform accounting and financial reporting across NA, Europe, and APAC, ensuring accurate general ledger activity and adherence to internal controls.

Based in a hybrid Atlanta area role, you will support month-end close, prepare reconciliations, analyze variances, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with audit teams and regional business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years accounting/finance experience.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• CPA candidacy preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Financials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and close processes.
• Prepare general ledger reconciliations focusing on liabilities and receivables.
• Perform variance analyses and document root causes.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
