Job summary

Invesco Ltd. in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance to oversee global revenue accounting, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations under US GAAP.

You will analyze revenue results, identify drivers, and communicate variances to leadership. You will collaborate with offshore teams, support transitions to shared service centers, and help implement process improvements and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 3–5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience required.
• CPA designation preferred, or in-progress.

This role provides global experience and the opportunity to review and oversee the activity carried out by our offshore international colleagues. This key role communicates regularly with the client on-boarding teams as they bring in new accounts and positions you right next to the senior finance leadership of a global Investment Management company and the Financial Planning & Analysis teams that support the business. **Responsibilities of the Role:*** Accounting for global revenues, including preparing journal entries in accordance with GAAP principles.* Analysis of revenue results and trends, identifying and illustrating key drivers to changes in revenue across various business units globally.* Supporting coordination of related projects including but not limited to strategic initiatives/software implementations.* Identifying areas of risk/improvement and bringing solutions to the table. Once approved, implementing those improvements while ensuring all controls are satisfied.* Collaborating with international colleagues and reviewing their activity in the recognition of revenue and invoice preparation.* Supporting work transitions to offshore shared service center, including documentation of accounting and AUM reporting processes, training resources, and providing post transition support.**Requirements of the Role:*** A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.* 3 to 5 years of accounting or financial reporting experience is required with a high preference for Record-To-Report experience at an investment management firm or in Public Accounting.* Proficiency in accounting and financial principles under US GAAP and the ability to apply these principles to corporate accounting.* Knowledge of SOX requirements and overall control environments.* Strong Excel skills and experience with Oracle Financials a plus.* Strong hands-on general ledger experience, including journal entries, account analysis, period-end close, and complex balance sheet reconciliations.* Designation as a Certified Public Accountant, candidacy or active pursuit of CPA is preferred, but not required# **Full Time / Part Time**Full time# **Worker Type**Employee# **Job Exempt (Yes / No)**Yes# **Workplace Model**Pursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
